Extraordinary Experiences

Meet Amy Eskridge

Amy is a licensed NC Real Estate Broker at Berkshire Hathaway Yost and Little in Greensboro. She is a native North Carolinian who grew up in Winston-Salem. After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in mathematics and business minor, Amy married her high school sweetheart, Matt. He is an NCSU and Wake Forest School of Medicine alumnus. His medical training and US Air Force service led their family to five moves and four home purchases from Cary, NC to Winston-Salem, NC to Charleston, SC to Las Vegas, NV before finally returning to NC in 2012 when we settled in Greensboro. During their various moves, they bought an old house that needed cosmetic updates, built a house, and bought two foreclosed homes. In 2018, they completed a major home renovation that included moving the kitchen from one end of the house to the middle of the house. They lived in the house through six months of construction with no kitchen!

Amy's mom was an accomplished Realtor in Winston-Salem for twenty years. She gained an understanding of the sales process watching her work through the years. Amy aspires to share her knowledge, experience, and the lessons she has learned along the way to assist buyers and sellers with their individual real estate needs.

Before entering the real estate world full time, Amy was a successful sales project manager in a major telecommunications company. Then, she was a dedicated full time mom raising two children. Throughout the years, Amy has been very involved in our local schools and PTA where she has helped lead and manage school and community initiatives. In her free time, she enjoys travel, exercise, cooking, searching real estate listings, being involved in her church, and keeping up with two college kids and two rescue kitties.
